Do I get paid for Public Holidays?

Generally, as an independent contractor, you are paid a rate that is all-inclusive and therefore not paid specifically for a public holiday if you haven't worked it.

If you work a public holiday, then you are entitled to be paid for the work you have performed.

Please make contact with your recruiter to discuss pay rates for working a public holiday so they can inform Oncore should an alternate rate be applicable.
