I am on a fortnightly pay and only got 1 week's pay.

If you are usually on a fortnightly pay cycle and have only received 1 week's pay, this will usually be as a result of your approver not approving the second timesheet in time for payroll to process.

Please log into the online portal and check your timesheet status and if it's still showing as submitted, liaise directly with your approver to have the outstanding timesheet approved.
