I have signed my extension and still can't access my timesheets

You've been provided with a contract extension and signed your extension documents but you cannot see a timesheet to submit.

Once we have received all of the signed documentation to process a contract extension; our systems will be updated within the next 24 hours with the new end date and any applicable timesheets to enter. Sometimes, the confirmation of your extension will need to go the end client for signing off.

If you have signed your extension and you still can't see your file updated, it could be that we're still waiting on the end client to sign off on the extension. The system follows up every couple of days with an automated email. If after a few days, we've not received anything, we will follow up with your recruiter.
