I can't submit more than a certain number of hours/days on my timesheet
We have set up a maximum number of units on your file based on the contract you have signed with your recruiter. If you receive a message on the online portal to indicate that the maximum number of units has been reached and you are unable to submit your timesheet, please let your recruiter know. They will in turn make contact with Oncore to authorise us to increase the maximum number of units allowed on your profile moving forward.
