Why is the amount listed on my approved timesheet different to what has been deposited into my bank account?

The approved timesheet report you have received shows the full value of the timesheet which will include PAYG tax and superannuation (for a PAYG set up) or will exclude GST (for a Pty Ltd set up).

Your payslip will show the breakdown of superannuation and PAYG tax as well as any other deductions you may have. What is left is your net payment or the amount that is processed into your bank account. Any "OTE" (ordinary time earnings) rates displayed on your payslip are shown exclusive of superannuation.

Your RCTI (recipient create tax invoice) will show the breakdown of your rate plus any applicable GST.
