Why hasn't my super been paid?

Superannuation is processed to nominated super funds on the 28th day of the month following the end of the quarter for any payroll processed prior to 1st July 2026.  From 1st July 2026 onwards, superannuation will be processed to your nominated super fund on the same day we process your payroll.

Please note, processing times can take up to 7 business days to actually reach your super account.
