Can I make changes to a submitted expense?

Once an expense is submitted there is no way to edit it via OncoreFlex. However, your approver can always reject the expense so that you can edit and resubmit. You are also welcome to contact our Customer Experience team directly on 1300 654 484 or via supportaus@oncoreservices.com and we can edit the expense status for you (allowing you to then resubmit with changes).
