My worker / approver is trying to reset their password on the online portal and aren't getting the reset link

After triggering a password reset, the email should come through within 1 - 2 minutes. Here's what to do if you haven't received one.

1. Prior to requesting a password reset, check that the registered email you've entered is correct eg. correct spelling or the correct email address itself if you've registered using more than one email.
2. Usernames are case sensitive so ensure you are entering the email address in all lowercase and be sure you've not hit the spacebar after typing your email (the system will consider the space as a character)
3. Check your Junk/Spam email to ensure that the email hasn't ended up there.
