My worker is saying that they can't enter more than a certain number of hours or days on their timesheet. Why is that? Can I let them enter more?
Oncore sets the number of units
We have set up a maximum number of units they can enter on their file based on the contracts provided. If there is a message on the online portal to indicate that the maximum number of units has been reached and are unable to submit timesheets, you will need to make contact with Oncore to authorise us to increase the maximum number of units allowed on their profile moving forward. Also if OT rates have been setup up it's to help remind and assist in the right rates being selected by the contractor.
