A worker can no longer find the active timesheet to submit. Where can they find it?
For a timesheet to not show as active on the online portal, there are several contributing factors.
When logging into Oncore's Online Portal, and selecting the home page any current or overdue timesheets will appear. If there is no timesheet it is possible the timesheet was submitted in error or our system shows the contract has ended and an extension would be required to open new timesheets.
