A worker has finished paying their HECS/HELP, what do they do to update their tax details with you?
Contractors can amend their tax selections part way through their contract period by completing a new TFN form that we can send to them.
We would require an email to supportaus@oncoreservices.com advising that the Tax selections need to be updated. We would then issue a new TFN form via DocuSign to be completed by the contractor and signed. Once we receive the completed form back we will be able to update the system with the new tax selections which will become effective in the next payment processed.
