A worker has submitted their timesheet but now can't see it on their online portal. Where has it gone?
Once submitted a timesheet is unable to be changed by the contractor, without contacting Oncore
Once a timesheet has been submitted it is sent to the timesheet approver for review and approval. Once submitted the timesheet is unable to be edited or recalled by a contractor. If there is a discrepancy in the timesheet data the approver should reject the timesheet with a note. If submitted in error please contact Oncore Support supportaus@oncoreservices.com to request reverting the timesheet for amendments.
