A worker wants to change from PAYG to Pty Ltd (or Pty Ltd to PAYG), what is needed to make this happen?

A worker can choose to move from a PAYG model to a Pty Ltd model part way through their contract period.

Yes, you can. There are a number of items we will require to enable you to change from PAYG to Pty Ltd and they are:

*ABN of Pty Ltd company (if a Trust, the ABN of the company underneath the Trust)

*Company Bank Account details

*PI/PL Insurance Certificates of Currency if using your own

*Workcover or Income Protection Insurance Certificates of Currency (depending which state they are operating in)

*RCTI acknowledgment if registered for GST

*Company details (The items in the first 6 points above will be obtained when we issue you a new registration link)

*Signed contractor agreement from the Recruiter detailing your Pty Ltd company as the contractor and yourself as the nominated consultant

*The contractor agreement will need to state the correct start date of the transition and must be matched with the invoicing cycle of the end client
