Can my worker change their bank details during their contract? How do they do that?

Changes to bank details can be made during the contract period.

Yes, they can. All they need to do is send us an email with their name, bank account name, bank account number, and BSB this can also be updated via the online portal under personal details. Once we receive notification back account details have been changed we will contact the contractor for a security check and verbal verification that the changes were made by the contractor.
