Oncore provides holistic services for the management of your contractor payroll. We have a number of specialist teams who leverage their industry knowledge and our proprietary software  to deliver your chosen service model.

When you phone through to our 1300 number, you will be greeted by a friendly member of our Customer team who will either assist you directly with your query or will pass you through to a specialist to best assist you.

Our phone lines are open from 8am - 5.30pm AEST.

  • Our Core Services team are our invoicing and payroll specialists; as well as handling data input and architecture in our systems. For specialist queries relating to raising or reissuing of invoices, changes to invoicing contacts or bespoke payroll questions relating to adjustments or taxation - please call us on 1300 654 484 and ask to speak to someone in Core Services or email us at supportaus@oncoreservices.com.
  • Our Credit Management team handle the very important role of payment reconciliation, and overdue invoice chasing.   • Our Corporate Governance team perform both our internal financial functions (such as accounting and audit) and critical financial or compliance functions for our customers. Remitting margin payments to our agency partners, and overseeing the drawdown process, as well as looking after salary packaging or salary sacrifice for workers are just some of the activities that this team performs.   • Our Customer team handle reception duties, so that when you phone Oncore you speak with someone right away. The team are also able to answer general enquiries from both workers and our agency partners alike. The team can assist with basic platform troubleshooting, timesheet approver changes, payment confirmations, documentation checking and a variety of other queries.   • Your Account Manager takes responsibility for working with you proactively to assist you with your business goals and maximising your relationship with Oncore. They'll check in with you on an agreed frequency; and serve as an escalation point for matters that are critical to your agency's success.
