Your contractor has contacted you to say they can't submit a timesheet because the online portal is showing their contract has ended.
To extend timesheets and insurance in our system, we are required to obtain signed contractor and end client agreement extensions. There are 2 ways an extension can be actioned:1. You can send an email to Oncore advising the contractor name, new end date, if any rate changes are being made and who at the end client is to sign off on the extension and we can prepare the extension letters on your behalf and issue them via our e-signing platform.
2. You can send an email to Oncore advising of the extension and include the fully signed contractor extension and end client extension for us to upload to the system and extend the workers file in our system.
Once both fully signed contracts have been received by Oncore, we will update the workers file on our end.
