How do I set up a new client with Oncore, and ensure that the first invoice is raised on time and with the right information?

When setting up a new end client with Oncore, you'll complete the new end client (Smartsheet) online form. This guide provides an overview of what information you'll need, and why getting it right contributes to a flawless first impression.

We have a full video guide available for you here that will step you through the process of submitting a new end client request form to Oncore.

Every time that your agency onboards a new client for contract placements, you'll need to complete this form. We recommend saving this link somewhere that's easy for you to find, as you will complete this form every time you place a worker at a new client.

The form contains all of the client particulars that are critical to raising invoices and configuring contract information in our systems. If you are signing an overarching master services agreement (MSA) or terms of business (TOB) with your client, the client details, invoicing and payment terms will likely be contained in this agreement and won't vary between workers.

The first invoice that Oncore raises to your client on your behalf, is an opportunity to create a positive first impression by ensuring that it's going to the right person, with the right payment terms and the correct billing entity - also that it reflects all appropriate particulars like purchase order numbers or project codes and references.
