I sent a new worker through some time ago and they've made contact to say they don't have access to timesheets. What's going on?

Check the Contract Register Report to see if they are showing as having an active contract

There are many variants in getting a contractor set up completed. Only once we receive all the completed documents are we able to begin setting up a file, once documents have been received back it can take 24 - 48 hours for the set up to be completed and then 24 hrs for login details to be issued. Please contact Oncore Support at supportaus@oncoreservices.com to provide an update on where a file is sitting.
