My worker has queried what they should select on the Basis of Employment question on the TFN. Full Time, Part Time or Casual
Given that we do not know a contractor's personal tax or engagement situation; Oncore aren't able to provide specific advice on what to select. However, the selection that is made to employment type does not impact the manner in which they are taxed. A contractor would make the selection that best represents the hours of work that will be undertaken (for example are they full time hours, part time or ad-hoc on a casual basis). You may find this
