My worker keeps getting looped back to the multiple choice questions on Module 11 of Workpro, why is that?
Your worker hasn't achieved a pass rate yet, so will be asked to continually complete the questions until a pass rate is achieved.
When a worker completes watching the Workpro Induction, they will be asked to complete a set of multiple choice questions to achieve a pass. The pass level is 85%. After completing the multiple choice questions, if they achieve a score of less than 85%, the questions will be redirected back to them on screen. The questions will continue to loop around should they continue to achieve a score of less than 85%. Be sure they read the questions carefully.
