A quick guide of how to ensure that onboarding your new candidate runs as smoothly as possible.
It's important that you provide us with accurate and timely information and data to ensure the best possible onboarding experience for your worker. We're experienced in candidate care, and our teams pride themselves in being able to deliver this service in a timely, efficient and customer centric manner.
However, the process starts with you! So here's what you need to know:
- We are committed to a quick turn around time for new worker requests, and will commence the worker onboarding process within 24 hours of receipt of the relevant JobAdder or online form submission.
- When you submit a new worker engagement to us, it is best practice for all of the information to be provided in the initial submission eg. engagement and worker details, fully executed end client agreement and fully executed worker agreement. This will ensure that all we are waiting on to finalise system configuration for timesheets and payroll is the worker's registration and compliance documentation (which will be delivered to them digitally).
- As an exception, we can commence the onboarding process on receipt of the JobAdder submission or online form without the fully signed agreements attached. It's important to note that if there's missing contract documents or conflicting information between the submission and the contract documents, we may be waiting for your response before we can finalise the system configuration of the worker and issue their onboarding email. If you're confident that you can respond with any missing information or to a request for clarification
- Make sure that you're completing the relevant "New End Client Request Form" (here's the one for Australia and the one for New Zealand) when your agency is bringing on a worker with a new end client. This helps us capture all of the key details for your new client, specifically relating to system configuration, invoice generation and credit management. It will ensure we get invoices out to the right entity, contact and at the correct frequency.
